Having problems updating your calendar entries on your iPhone using activesync?

If you can view but not change calendar entries on your iPhone, please make sure that you are using the username exactly how it’s listed in Active Directory. If you are a Lanlogic Hosted Exchange customer, you can find this entry by logging into the control panel with your email address and password and going to view configuration. If you are an admin user, you can go to View Users and how it’s listed there is how you need to enter it into your iPhone.
