Outlook not syncing properly

If you run into an issue where Outlook is suddenly not syncing properly with your Exchange Server or it seems to be syncing more slowly than it should be, there are a couple of options.

First, close outlook and reopen it using the /resetfolders flag.  This will fix most issues.  Here are detailed steps:

1.  Close Outlook

2.  Click on Start | Run (or just click the Windows orb if you’re using Vista)

3.  Type “outlook.exe /resetfolders” and press enter

Outlook will reopen and reset all the folders.  It should not be syncing correctly.
