How to blacklist a sender or domain in MailRoute

Posted: Monday, May 13th, 2013 by Gene

If you want to block a sender from emailing you, blacklisting can be done within MailRoute.  Please be aware that email senders can be forged – you can’t rely on the sender 100%.

Blacklisted senders are blocked and can be reviewed in your quarantine.

Log in to https://admin.mailroute.net

  1. Click the My Settings tab
  2. Click the White/Blacklist tab
  3. Click the Blacklist tab
  4. Click the Add Blacklist button
Blacklist a sender or domain with MailRoute
  5. Add the full email address or the domain name of the sender you wish to block (i.e. ‘user@domain.com’ or just ‘domain.com’)
