Hosted Exchange 2010

This document explains how to change the access for an Exchange 2010 mailbox.  A Exchange 2010 email can be used in a variety of ways:  on a Windows-based computer, a Macintosh system, on an Iphone or Ipad, on a Android device or phone, on a Microsoft mobile device, or on a web-based device.  The technologies that support these different platforms include OWA (Outlook Web Access), Outlook access, ActiveSync, IMAP4 and POP3.  For most users, OWA and Outlook access is all they need.  Some users may also need ActiveSync if they have certain types of mobile devices.  Finally, some legacy systems may need IMAP4 and POP3 technology.
